FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) How do I know what classes my dancer should be in?

We try and keep general ages together, ie (Preschool, Kindergarten, Primary), but occasionally a student may be ready to progress past their age to the next level and we will notify you immediately! 

2) How can I pay for tuition?

We accept cash, check or Venmo to @evie-mcpherson-1

3) When is your front desk open?

Miss Marcia will be in the front office or front desk area 

Monday-Thursday 3:30-7:00pm 

4) Where can I buy dance shoes and appropriate dance attire?

We now offer The Barre Boutique attached directly on to our studio!  While we do not operate the store, Miss Kelli can size shoes and attire!  Store hours vary, but are usually open when the studio is open. 

5) What amenities are offered at Encore?

 Our studios are equipped with floor to ceiling mirrors, wood sprung floors,  great sound systems, and cubbies to store personal belongings.  We also have a homework bar, USB connections for charging stations, dining area, lounge and photography studio.  Best of all, we have the most fun and, more importantly, the highest caliber teaching staff, in Ankeny!
